Call Details:
This is a VERY RARE Plain Duck Call made by E.E. Montgomery (1891-1956) of Miami, OK. This call is 5 1/2" with 3 Grooves on the barrel. It is RARE because ONLY 6 or 7 of the Pain Calls have been found. There are a lot of the Checkered ones out there but not these Plain ones. Mr. Montgomery used 3 types of woods for his calls. Walnut, Maple, and Red Cedar. All were Checkered but a VERY FEW are plain. If you are wanting to make a Set of his calls, This one is a Must have.
