Call Details:
Nice Old Carved Duck Call by Dan Crooks (1910-1998) of Pineville, LA. Call is Walnut with 2 Carved Flying Ducks & 2 Raised Checkered Panels on the barrel. Ducks have Tack eyes. Call is Reelfoot style and 6 3/4". Calls is Stamped "CROOKS" on the top of the barrel, stopper, and both wings of the flying ducks. This call is not one of those that sometimes is "Gummy" from the linseed oil that was used by Mr. Crooks on his calls. If you were looking for one of these calls, THIS ONE IS IT !!!
