Now This is Something you don't see every day. A Hand Make Checkering / Dig Out Tool made by Charlie Bishop (1912-2001) of Jonesboro, IL. The Tool is 6 6/8" long and has cutting teeth in the blade. Not sure of it's exact use. Charlies signature is on the handle. i don't know how many of these tools are out there. I have never seen another at any shows. So I would think there are not many. I always liked buying a call from Charlie every year that he was at Reelfoot or when I saw him at St. Charles. This is a special item for that call collector that "Thinks" they have it all. :)
